How to check your monthly generative AI credits

If you need to use generative AI for coursework, you will need to pay attention to your balance of generative AI credits in Adobe CC. Each user gets a monthly allowance of credits that reset the following month. You can find this in your account area of Adobe.com.

To find your credit balance:

  1. Sign into Adobe.com with your CU email address (see this article: https://helpdesk.commonwealthu.edu/TDClient/66/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=11021)
  2. Click the profile image in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Your generative AI credit balance will display in the panel that displays onscreen.
