If you need to use generative AI for coursework, you will need to pay attention to your balance of generative AI credits in Adobe CC. Each user gets a monthly allowance of credits that reset the following month. You can find this in your account area of Adobe.com.
To find your credit balance:
- Sign into Adobe.com with your CU email address (see this article: https://helpdesk.commonwealthu.edu/TDClient/66/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=11021)
- Click the profile image in the upper right corner of the page.
- Your generative AI credit balance will display in the panel that displays onscreen.
