If you need to reprocess an accessibility score of an item, you can do so by clicking through the Panorama icon in Brightspace Content.
In your Brightspace course, navigate to the item you want to see an updated score for, and click through its Panorama icon to the right of the the item's name.
In the Alternative Formats menu, hover over the Accessibility Report block at the top and click Reprocess. This will reprocess the accessibility report.
