Use of the Communication Studies Research Lab requires advance configuration. Please email mediasite@commonwealthu.edu with the name the project and the names of all users needing access to the recordings at least 2 weeks before you plan to begin recording.
- Click the "New" button in the top left corner.
- Enter a title for the presentation.
- Click "Template" and choose the template for your project.
- Click "Create"
- The live image(s) from the lab should appear.
- Use the small touch panel to adjust the cameras as desired.
- Click "Record" at the bottom of the screen when you are ready to begin.
- Click "Stop" when finished.
- Recording will appear in the project Shared Folder at https://commonwealthu.mediasite.com.
- Click "Browse Shared Folders" in the left navigation bar and click the name of the desired folder.
- Presentations may be watched or shared as desired.
