Technician Out of Office mode to pause round robin iPass flow

This article is intended for TDX technicians who actively using the round robin iPass flow to assign tickets.

  1. Start by opening up https://helpdesk.commonwealthu.edu/TDWorkManagement/
  2. Look for your initials in the top right hand corner of your screen

  3. Click your initials and go to My Profile

  4. Click on the Edit Button once a new tab opens up

  5. Scroll to the very bottom of the page where you see the “Attributes” section where you see Out of Office

  6. Change “Out of Office” from “No” to “Yes”.  This may be blank initially until you initially set it.

  7. Click the Save button when finished

  8. To turn “Office of Office” back off, following the previous steps and change the attribute from “Yes” to “No” and click Save
