How to edit or delete stored passwords to resolve access issues

Summary

If your account email or password recently changed, and you save passwords in the browser, you need to edit or delete the saved passwords in your browser to access systems with changed credentials.

Body

If you are having access issues with your CU account, one thing you can check is if you've saved your account and password in your browser. If you've saved your credentials in the browser you are using, and your credentials have changed (username/email or password updated), this can cause the browser to try to log you in automatically with outdated information. You can solve this in the browser you are using by deleting or updating your saved credentials.

Each browser has a different process for this. Please select the link below for the browser you are using to find out how to manage your saved passwords in that browser.
