Moving or Downloading Files from the Adobe Cloud

If you have files in Adobe Creative Cloud that you need to move to a device, follow the instructions below.

1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and ensure that you're signed in with your Commonwealth University account.
2.  Click File > Open Sync Folder. This opens the Creative Cloud files folder on your computer.
   
3.  Inside the folder, there is a shortcut to _Cloud documents. Click it and it will take you to your files on the web.
   
4. On the web, you will be able to download any files that aren't Cloud Only documents.
5. Hover over your file.
6. Click the More actions menu (shows up when you hover and looks like an ellipsis) and select Download to download the file to your device. (You can also select the file and then click Download from the menu that appears.)
