How to sign into Adobe Creative Cloud on the web

If you or a student are trying to access Adobe Creative Cloud, you can do so at the main adobe.com website. Here are directions and a short video.

  1. Go to https://www.adobe.com .
  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Enter your CU email address (Faculty, staff, and students all use the commonwealthu.edu email address, while Athletics personnel use their school specific email address).
  4. Click Continue.

  5. On the CU Single Sign On page, make sure your email address is there.
  6. Enter your password.

  7. Click Sign in and acknowledge any alerts from Microsoft or Duo 2 Factor Authentication.
  8. Once signed into Adobe.com, click Apps to access your available applications. You can click Install to install them to your device.

  9. Click your profile icon to see how many generative AI credits you have left this month.

  10. You can also install Adobe Creative Cloud application from this menu. This application lets you manage all your Creative Cloud apps easily with one desktop application.

  11. You can click the waffle icon to access shortcuts to all your web apps.
