ITV
Press Display ON button on Extron control box. TV’s will turn on.
To place a call, touch Join now button on Touch panel
Enter meeting ID# and press join.
CAMERA VIEWS
To show the students instead of the instructor press the student mode button on the Extron control box. To go back to show the instructor press the instructor mode button.
AUDIO
To unmute mic for local audio press the mic mute button on Extron box.
To mute all local audio press the mute button on Extron box.
To mute both far end and local audio touch the mute microphone button on touch screen.
To adjust the far end audio level use the volume control on the Logitech touch screen.
If playing a video on the PC use the PC volume control
SHARING
DESKTOP SHARING
To share your Desktop touch the Share Content button. Touch the Camera button. Touch Content. Then select PC button on the Extron control.
To use Document Camera double click on HoverCam Flex 11 on desktop.
To show a DVD video use the PC dvd player on second shelf. Double click on Leawo Blu-ray Player.
To adjust the volume level on DVD or Youtube videos use the volume control on the PC desktop.
To go back to camera touch the stop sharing button.
LAPTOP SHARING
Connect HDMI cable and ethernet cable to laptop.
Select #1 on Extron control.
Touch Share Content button.
Then select Camera and Content
When finished select stop sharing.
FINISH
When finished with call touch red end button.
Press Display off to turn off TV’s.
PRESENTATION MODE
Press Display ON button on Extron control box. TV’s will turn on.
Touch Share Content button then touch Start meeting.
Showing Desktop
Touch the Switch Camera button.
To Show desktop select content.
Showing Laptop
Connect HDMI cable and ethernet cable to laptop and select #1 on Extron control.
Select switch camera on touch panel and select Content.
FINISH
When finished touch red end button.
Press Display off to turn off TV’s.
