Brightspace: Quiz Submissions Not Displaying in User Progress/Class Progress

Status: Fixed 11/2023

This issue has been resolved. Students should see they have completed x/x quizzes per their attempts. If this is not the case, or if there are issues, please submit a ticket for assistance.

Description: In Class Progress/User Progress, a student shows as having completed 0/0 Quizzes, even when they have submitted quiz attempts in the Quizzing tool.

Fix ETA: To be determined, 04/27/2023

Workaround: Check quiz submissions in the Quizzes tool. If you have connected grades to a quiz, the grades should display in Grades for both instructor and student.
