These solutions are tied to Chromium based browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). If you are having authentication issues with Mozilla Firefox, please contact the help desk.
If you are using Google Chrome:
Type "chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check" into the address bar at the top of the screen and hit enter
Change the Local Network Access Checks drop down to "disabled", it will then have a restart button that pops-up in the bottom right of the screen. Restart the browser (it should keep your current windows) and try logging in again.
If you are using Microsoft Edge:
Type "edge://flags/#local-network-access-check" into the address bar at the top of the screen and hit enter
