The most common reason for not being able to sign-in to Zoom is not using the SSO login option. All CommonwealthU users should be using the SSO login option to sign-in to Zoom, not the email/password field. This applies for both the app and web.

If you try the email/password field multiple times, you may receive a message about your account being locked. Your account is NOT locked. You need to use the SSO login option, and you will be able to sign-in.
When prompted the company domain is: commonwealthu-edu
(dash edu is correct).
