If you have questions about how to do something in an Adobe application

Any users who have questions about "how to" complete work in Adobe programs should:

Search for the issue or program in the Help Center at Adobe.com:

  1. Sign into Adobe.com using your Commonwealth University email address.
  2. Click "Help & Support" in the main navigation.
  3. Click Help Center.
  4. Use the search bar or click on "Learn how to use your apps".

Search for the issue in LinkedIn Learning:

  1. Go to https://www.linkedin.com/learning-login/
  2. Sign in using your Commonwealth University email address.
  3. At the top of the page, in the search bar, type in the name of the Adobe application and a description of what you are trying to do.
  4. This should yield results to video tutorials and courses on how to complete the work you are trying to do.
